Saturday & Sunday 18th & 19th February 2012 from 11.00am - 4.00pm
Thursday 1st March 2012 from 6.00pm - 8.30pm

Pear, walnut & blue cheese salad with a honey mustard dressing
King prawn cocktail with crisp baby gem leaves, ripe avocado & smoked parika dressing
Crispy duck samosas on a bean shoot salad with a soy & sweet chilli dressing
Smoked salmon, dill & mascarpone brushetta with a watercress salad
Chicken satay skewer with a fresh tomato & coriander salsa

Main course
Paupiette of rib eye steak stuffed with asparagus & porcini mushrooms, glazed with a black beam sauce
Slow cooked belly pork with thyme & apricots served with a calvados reduction
Goats cheese & red onion tartlet with pesto
Pan seared seabass on sauteed greens with a caper butter sauce
Marinaded rump of lamb on a lemon & mint cous cous with a Rosemary jus
Tray roasted corn fed chicken breast with a confit of fennel, garlic & shallots in a tarragon infused sauce
